Independent AV consulting
The AV fails in the board meeting, and the ticket lands on IT.
After 5pm, someone else owns that phone call now.
This is your current week.
The integrator is closed when it dies
Rehearsals and board packs run after 5. The vendor line goes to voicemail until Monday.
Network is green. The room is dead.
You can see the switch on the same ticket. You cannot see the codec or the mute until someone else logs in.
You did not pick these rooms
Capital or facilities chose the gear. Every ticket starts from scratch.
One failed board call and it is your name
This is not ticket volume. It is one hour, one room, and you explaining why IT does not have this.
This is your week after you talk to us.
The 5pm call is no longer yours
Someone owns the room by name on a Sunday night, and it is not your cell.
Every meeting should be boring
From your seat. The rehearsal happens, the call happens, and nothing about it reaches your phone.
The same three rooms stop coming back
Last month's repeat offenders are not in this month's queue. Your helpdesk closed them.
You can say no to the next one-off
When capital picks a room, you refuse the stack before it ships instead of supporting it for years.
You own the standards. We own the process that builds them.
The room stops having your name on it
That is what you buy. AV strategy is the work that gets you there.
Independent AV consulting.
Founded in Houston in 2018. We take no margin on equipment and no referral fee from the people who install it. You are not buying a stack.
Bring us the room.
Give us 20 minutes. We'll tell you what to do first, what to keep, what to toss, and what to never do again. If there is nothing for us to help you with, we'll say so.

Who do you work with?
IT owners who also own the rooms. We have already worked in oil and gas, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and aerospace. This corporate site does not sell to integrators.
Do you sell or install hardware?
No. We do not sell or install hardware. We are independent AV consultants. We write your standards, set your acceptance criteria, and help you pick and manage the partners who install.
What happens on the 20-minute call?
Bring us the room. Give us 20 minutes. We'll tell you what to do first, what to keep, what to toss, and what to never do again. If there is nothing for us to help you with, we'll say so.
Do we need an AV director on the call?
No. The call is built for the IT owner. Nobody on your staff has to speak AV.
What do you do after a room goes live?
We build you the standards and the acceptance and vendor performance criteria. The goal is that your helpdesk closes those tickets instead of escalating them to you.
