SMS Terms of Use

ITIRIUM GROUP TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE
By opting in to or using a "Text Message Service" from Itirium Group ("Itirium," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept these Terms of Use. This agreement is between you and Itirium Group (Houston, TX, United States).
Definitions
- "Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" mean requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
- "Text Message Service" means any arrangement in which we send or receive one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number (including SMS or successor protocols), including messages on Microsoft Teams Calling Plan numbers assigned to Itirium Group employees.
What messages you may receive
The Text Message Service is for conversational, person-to-person business communication between you and a specific Itirium Group employee. Typical messages include scheduling, project or engagement coordination, callbacks, and related professional discussion.
This service is not used for marketing lists, promotional blasts, bulk advertising, or automated/API campaign messaging.

Consenting to text messaging
By consenting to receive text messages from us—including by texting an Itirium Group employee number, replying to a message, replying START, or giving prior verbal or written consent to be texted—you agree to these Terms of Use and our SMS Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw consent by replying STOP.
Costs
We do not charge you a separate fee for messages you send or receive via this Text Message Service. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless or other applicable provider plan.
Frequency
After any initial service or opt-in notice, the number of messages you receive varies depending on how you and our employee use the conversation (including whether you send messages that prompt a reply, or send HELP).
Opting out
If you no longer want to receive text messages from a particular Itirium Group employee number, reply to any message from that number with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. As a person-to-person service, opt-out applies to that conversation / employee number. After you unsubscribe, we may send a one-time confirmation. Reply START to resume messaging with that number.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through this service to transmit mobile messages and respond to you. This includes sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist in delivery. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing use. Service limitations
Messaging depends on carrier networks and Microsoft Teams. Delivery is not guaranteed. Supported messaging is plain-text SMS as provided by the platform; features may change. Do not use SMS for emergencies.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Text Message Service after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
